irony

how often have i looked at something closely and thought, 'how ironical'... i think that has been my predominant response to almost every situation i've faced in the first person, second person or third..somehow, all that i've been taught through my school years just boils down to one gud-for-everything theory: make it simple ( though later i realised simplistic is what they meant), don't entertain confusions, complications only complicate life n aphorisms like that..i dont know what was it that finally made me grow out of this cause n effect seeking attitude, but yes, i have grown out of it.. i mean, really, why should things always conform to straightforward linearity..why should irony seem so frustrating..why should complexity be feared and avoided? why should everything have one single meaning? why should we hanker after closures? why should ambiguities always be resolved? why should incongruities reconcile?
like deconstructionists say..the attempt should only be to 'disentangle' and not to 'decipher'..i think it makes a lot of sense..
